What I do
I’m Arn van der Pluijm, a The Hague (The Netherlands) based freelance designer. I focus on public space design, product design, communication and research projects.The main focus lies on the question how design, and the design process can play a role in the way people perceive their living environment.
My education background is Industrial Design Engineering at the University of Technology Delft. My master's thesis about a concept for a public space surrounding a schooldesign, a combination of Strategic Product Design and Design for Sustainability.
